Originally from Ogden, UT. Alexandra grew up in a Greek restaurant owned by her parents. After culinary school and many years of working at locally owned spots in northern Utah, she moved to Portland in 2011. For the last decade she has worked in a variety of restaurants in PDX and the neighboring coast. Honing her own unique style through experience with varied styles and global cuisine.

Her passion lies in the ability to serve high quality food that isn’t out of reach for the average person. The ability to serve diners from all walks of life is the goal. Her desire is to have inclusivity through food that pays homage to Portland’s rebellious, no nonsense, culinary ethos.
